Find when and by whom a recurring gift was canceled

The cancellation action records a cancellation date and a reason: Canceled by donor for donor/token flows, or Canceled by school admin with the administrator's name. The legacy management screen shows that date and reason in Status. If your interface omits it, ask support to inspect the subscription. A donor-token action describes the authorization flow, not forensic proof of the individual at the keyboard. Do not assume that cancellation fields automatically synchronize to every CRM.
