Find the Ended template and control the management-link placement

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

Open Email Templates for the relevant campaign/form and select Recurring Gift Ended where available. The legacy dropdown exposes recurring templates for supported recurring forms/processors; newer navigation links back to All Email Templates. The configured template is different from the exact historical message delivered to a donor; use the notification record when investigating a sent copy.

For a non-TouchNet custom Recurring Gift Updated template, omitting $MANAGE_RECURRING_GIFT_LINK$ causes the mailer to append a management-link sentence. To control placement and avoid the additional fallback sentence, include the token in the intended visible location and test the email. Deleting the token entirely is not a supported way to remove donor management access from this flow.
