Pledge due-date restrictions reports and phone payments

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

Pledge settings offer maximum payoff date and installment periods, not a whitelist of two particular due dates. Pledge Payment and Commitment Reports each expose Include failed gifts and custom report selection; use subscription start/end/installment amount and appropriate state fields, validating row scope. GiveCampus MOTO requires an eligible form, registered device and eligible staff role and is distinct from Stripe dashboard billing; do not assume conversion/recharge of a prior one-time gift.

MOTO device management and payments are included in Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, Finance Admin, or School-Level Settings Admin. Gift Officer, GC Gift Officer Manager, and GC Gift Officer Student also have the separate provisioned GC Gift Officer MOTO payment path. These roles do not make the MOTO control available on a pledge form; use a supported giving-form workflow.
