Manage-link previews and recurring setup email timing

The manage-recurring-gift merge link in a template preview is a placeholder. A saved subscription generates a private tokenized management link; for an unverified microdeposit bank gift it becomes available after bank verification creates the subscription. The setup notification is queued as the parent moves into recurring, while installment notifications use Updated unless the subscription is ended; Updated also follows subscription edits. In the annual $500-for-three-years example, setup and successful payment are distinct events, the next nonfinal yearly charge uses the installment Updated path, and normal final completion uses Ended. Do not assume two immediate messages or exact arrival order: subscription creation, bank verification, processor callbacks and queued delivery can differ. A setup email is not evidence that $1,500 has been charged.
