Understand bank-account verification methods

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

The checkout has two configurations: a combined Financial Connections widget supporting bank login or manual entry, and a legacy flow offering manual verification alongside instant verification when enabled. Follow the verification options presented in the donor's checkout. If a donor cannot complete verification, contact Support with the form URL and the error shown.

For a gift the donor wants to complete, use the gift's secure verification instructions and have support check missing/expired links. Do not guess verification amounts or reuse another gift's link.
