Refund older recurring installment and timeframe

Check the particular installment, not just the recurring commitment. The school donation refund eligibility permits Stripe within six months and not pending ACH verification, TouchNet within60days, and PayPal within180days with gift value below10000; other listed payment paths are not accepted by that predicate. These are application eligibility rules, not a guarantee a processor will approve any refund. This older gift needs authorized support/finance review for available alternatives and institution policy; do not edit dates or cancel a subscription as a substitute for refunding.
