Existing TouchNet recurring gifts after a Stripe switch

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

Existing subscriptions retain their recorded payment processor; changing the school’s new-gift processor to Stripe does not automatically migrate TouchNet recurring accounts or card credentials. TouchNet subscriptions can continue through the TouchNet renewal path while their TouchNet account/credentials and GiveCampus partnership/configuration remain active. Keep those services available if allowing them to run to completion. Moving them to Stripe is a separate migration or donor reauthorization plan; do not close TouchNet solely because new gifts use Stripe, and do not create duplicate active schedules.
