Disable the Stripe Link checkout option

Stripe Link can be disabled for a school through the supported school feature configuration; ask an authorized administrator/Support to review the school’s Stripe Link setting. The checkout sets Link to never when that flag is enabled. This changes the Link option for future checkouts; it does not recall provider emails already sent or delete an existing donor Link account. Do not assume that changing a receipt template controls Stripe account invitations.
