Deleted installment is not canceled subscription

Deleted is a contribution/individual-record state. Canceled is a separate subscription state. Seeing Deleted on an installment therefore does not confirm donor cancellation, a refund or the end of future billing. An otherwise eligible subscription may still be selected for subsequent attempts. Support must inspect history to explain why a particular record was deleted and whether later attempts were appropriate.
