This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.
The recurring-gift cancellation action authorizes and cancels one subscription by its ID. It does not provide a customer bulk-cancel control. If a donor asks to cancel several gifts, identify each subscription and use its eligible cancellation controls, or ask Support to confirm whether assisted handling is available. Do not assume an assisted bulk service until Support confirms it. Cancellation does not create a replacement schedule for a future date.
Moving recurring giving to another platform needs coordination with Support and the receiving platform or payment processor. A recurring-gift report or CRM gift export is not itself a transfer of payment credentials or charging authority. The recurring-data import creates gifts coming into GiveCampus; it does not confirm the procedure for moving payments out. Ask Support to confirm the receiving processor, authorized school contact, required secure transfer method, timing and treatment of existing schedules. Do not send payment credentials in a support conversation or promise transfer compatibility or completion.
