Pay a pledge monthly through a chosen month

A separate fundraising campaign is not required: use an existing suitable pledge form or create a Pledge Form under Giving Forms where available. In its Pledge Settings, enable monthly installments and future automatic payments if the donor should enter payment details for scheduled charges. Ensure any maximum payoff date permits the donor’s intended final payment date. The donor enters the total commitment, selects installments and monthly frequency, and selects the first and last payment dates—for example, a last payment date in May 2028. Review the displayed payment schedule and any rounding adjustment before submitting. This creates a pledge commitment; it does not automatically match or reconcile an already-recorded external pledge. Do not assume that an ordinary campaign backup form implements this pledge schedule.
