Include the failure reason in a recurring payment notification

Use $RECURRING_FAILURE_REASON$ to include the subscription’s recorded failure reason. It is not a fixed option list. Examples include missing payment source and processor-provided errors; expired cards also have a separate state/notification path. The text can be blank or generic. Do not infer a detailed bank reason beyond the recorded response.
