Hide bank transfer as a payment choice

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

The giving flow supports a school-level configuration that hides the bank payment method. Ask authorized GiveCampus support to review and apply it for the intended school; the per-form Payment Types control does not provide a bank-transfer checkbox. Confirm scope before changing it, because bank-account editing for recurring gifts also checks this school configuration. Hiding a choice is not cancellation or reversal of bank transactions already initiated, nor proof that existing recurring gifts stop.

Hide bank transfer at school level

The school feature for hiding bank payments suppresses bank-transfer eligibility and relevant bank options in donor/recurring-payment editing. Ask authorized support to review school-wide hiding or re-enabling; a school-facing toggle is not documented for this setting.

This is a payment-option visibility setting, not an instruction to cancel existing ACH subscriptions or reverse pending bank payments. Existing eligible recurring bank gifts can continue to renew. Review existing schedules and any separate payment-method restrictions with support before assuming hiding also stops debits or that re-enabling guarantees eligibility on every form.

Hiding Stripe bank transfers

Support can review the school-level setting that hides the Stripe bank-payment option. The corresponding configuration also excludes saved bank accounts from the available saved Stripe payment methods. This is a school-level setting; the documented controls do not confirm a separate self-service switch on each giving form. Ask Support to confirm scope before requesting the change.
