Donor-information saves versus subscription-change emails

In the recurring management page, Save Donor Information submits nested contribution fields, including name/maiden name. These donor-information edits do not send subscription-change notifications. Schedule/payment/designation edits use different branches and can send notifications. Do not generalize a silent donor-information save to every editor, every kind of change or other downstream workflows.
