Designation descriptions in forms and receipts

The form’s designation description display setting also controls descriptions in standard receipt designation output and designation merge tokens. There is no independent checkbox here to retain the description in the designation picker but suppress it only in these receipt outputs. Consider explanatory custom form content with designation descriptions disabled, and preview the form and receipt separately.
