Create a giving, pledge, or membership form

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

Open Online Giving → Forms → New Form. The creation dialog offers Form Type choices Giving, Pledge and Membership when permitted, required Form Name and Form Category, and Create Form to submit. Older interfaces may label the opening control Create Form or the pledge choice Pledge Form. Use the labels in the actual interface; creation is included in Superadmin, Fundraising Superadmin, Advanced Form Admin, and Basic Form Admin. The school must also have the selected form type available. Choose an appropriate predefined role rather than trying to add an individual Create Form permission.
