Create a giving, pledge, or membership form

This article covers gifts made through GiveCampus. Payment and recurring-gift options depend on the institution and the form.

The refreshed interface uses New Form to open the dialog, Form Type choices Giving, Pledge and Membership when permitted, required Form Name and Form Category, and Create Form to submit. Older interfaces may label the opening control Create Form or the pledge choice Pledge Form. Use the labels in the actual interface; type availability depends on permissions/configuration.
