Closed campaign recurring templates and TouchNet limitations

School-administrator email-template authorization does not require the project to be online. Edit the correct archived/completed project's template without relaunching just for that purpose. Deleting a custom template restores default rendering; it does not disable the underlying recurring notification. Keep the default by not activating a custom replacement. TouchNet is excluded from the ordinary update-payment eligibility. The recurring failed-payment default directs TouchNet donors to the school contact, but the expired-card default still contains a management link in the available workflow. Do not assure customers that reverting all templates will fix every TouchNet message; inspect the specific notification and supply the supported school-assisted procedure.
