Where to inventory form fields

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

For Giving Form questions, open school Settings → Reusable Form Fields. Its searchable table lists the report-column title, label, input type, standard/custom type, number of forms, required status and location. This is not a complete all-product field inventory: it is scoped to eligible Giving Form/school fields and excludes dependent fields and certain built-in controls. Social Fundraising campaign fields, Events reusable/custom fields and Data Management constituent custom fields are separate surfaces. Use the inventory for the type of field you need rather than treating the Giving Forms list as a site-wide total.
