Transactional From versus Reply-To on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Ordinary transactional notifications such as receipts generally send from the GiveCampus transactional sender; a school's configured origin address serves as Reply-To. The notification custom-domain exception is for gift-officer messages, not a universal receipt-domain option. Configuring an Outreach domain does not itself change transactional receipt From. For spam problems, obtain an affected message's headers; changing Reply-To does not mean inbox placement.
