Street Address is not the complete address on a giving form

Open Online Giving → Campaigns or Online Giving → Forms, select the campaign or form, then go to Giving Experience → Form Builder and select the appropriate Pre-Payment Form or Post-Payment Form.

The Street Address standard field is separate from city, state, country and ZIP/postal code. Address fields can be grouped/compressed, and pre-payment/post-payment placement and required settings matter. Preview the full flow rather than assuming the Street Address question collects all components. If expected standard options are missing, inspect the exact editor and saved field configuration before adding duplicate custom questions that may not feed standard address reporting.
