Why an abandoned-form test might not receive a nudge

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A page visit alone is not enough: the nudge is scheduled from creation of an eligible unprocessed contribution. Its default delay is a randomized 30–60 minutes, with a deployment override possible; delivery is not guaranteed at a precise minute. The form must enable nudges. Scheduling excludes membership, installment, phantom and event-linked gifts and expired projects. Send-time checks also exclude crypto, processed gifts, configured amount-cap cases, applicable unsubscribes and a successful gift by the same user/email to that form within the last 12 hours.

Verify that the test reached the contribution-creation step with the intended email and inspect the nudge job/notification before repeating it. Activating a template does not override eligibility or opt-outs, and leaving the page before a contribution record exists cannot demonstrate a delivery failure.
