Tier default does not make Add Another department-only on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A tier's designation group defines relevant gifts/default selection; it does not automatically narrow each Add Another selector to the first department chosen. The donation flow uses the root form's attached designations. For a strict department-only choice set, review a separate giving form configured with that department's funds and the related reporting/attribution implications. Do not assume an unsupported cascading restriction toggle.
