Resend an acknowledgment after correcting the donor-name token

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Publish the corrected template, test its donor-name substitution and confirm which conditional template applies to the gift. For an eligible gift and authorized user, the donations list offers Send Receipt. Verify the displayed donor and email, then use that control to queue the resend. Saving or publishing a template does not automatically resend historical emails.

For the ordinary paid-gift flow, resending resolves the applicable conditional template or project template and generates replacement tokens from the contribution. Different gift types use different notification paths, including recurring, refunded and DAFpay gifts. Confirm the exact gift and desired acknowledgment before sending; an unrelated template edit may not affect it.
