Required designation control no longer visible

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Allowing designations and requiring a selection are separate. In form-builder workflows, edit the designation field’s Required setting on the actual giving-form template used by that donation type. Legacy setup also exposes Require donors to choose a designation. Current validation uses the relevant form’s designation field where present and falls back to the legacy project setting otherwise; visible designations must exist. Test each relevant gift type. If an expected control is absent, ask Support to review the specific page and form configuration.
