Reorder affiliations on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the newer Form Settings & Display interface, open Affiliations. Add the intended options, then drag the selected affiliation rows into the desired order. Put a priority affiliation first and manually arrange the rest alphabetically if that is the goal. Save and preview the donor form.

The project preserves the order of its selected affiliation IDs. This is not an automatic alphabetize-all switch and does not require renaming affiliations. It is separate from editing the school’s global affiliation definitions. If the school has a different/classic selector, confirm its supported ordering control before giving these drag instructions. Required affiliations used by tiered campaign configuration may not be removable.
