Preselection and featuring in synced groups on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Pre-selected automatically selects a fund for visitors; Feature Above Dropdown lifts it above the dropdown without being the same operation as selecting it. When viewing a synced group, the new Featured Designations screen directs the administrator to school-level source-group management rather than presenting its normal local table. Inspect source-group settings and form overrides for an existing unexpected default; do not assume that a currently disabled toggle proves no earlier or inherited setting could exist. An actual stuck legacy default needs configuration review.
