Post-payment fields may miss initial notifications on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Gift and administrator notifications can be generated on payment confirmation before the post-payment form is completed. Making an address question required on that later form does not ensure it appears in the initial email. Collect information before payment if it must reliably be available in immediate notifications. Later saved responses and already-sent emails are separate records; inspect the actual gift before assuming the response was never saved.
