Portal links in a new tab and optional donor-covered fees

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Where the giving form provides a rich-text content area, insert the portal URL as a link and select Open link in new tab, then preview/test the link. This does not change the header logo's destination. Eligible forms can use the school donor-covered-fee setting or a permitted form override. Donors see a checkbox to contribute an additional displayed amount calculated from the configured rate; selecting it increases the contribution. Default selection and availability are configurable. Do not assume a universal rate or that the added amount precisely equals the eventual processor fee.
