Pledge form fixed panels

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The pledge form separates the amount/value field into Pledge Payment Details and places the remaining donor fields, including designation, under Donor Information. That heading is fixed in this display. Changing the flat builder order does not move a designation into the payment-details panel or rename its heading. Explain this pledge-specific grouping when the builder and donor view appear different.
