Permanently delete archived form to reuse name

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Archiving retains the form and its permalink, so a new draft can conflict with the old URL even when the display name seems reusable. The lifecycle has a separate eligible deletion state that rewrites the old permalink; it is not a promise of permanent financial-record erasure or an ordinary delete button for every administrator. Ask support to review the old form, history and desired URL, or choose a distinct new permalink. Do not delete gifts or assume archive frees the address.
