Other designation should allow donor text

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Configure Other as a supported Write-in designation and include it beside the named funds in the form’s designation selector. Selecting a Write-in node renders a text input using the configured write-in label; an ordinary designation merely named Other remains a fixed choice. Preview the form and test the report output before publishing.
