Cancel an unverified microdeposit gift when the donor will pay by check

Support can cancel eligible unverified bank gifts when the gift is pending authorization, using microdeposit ACH and not yet ACH-verified. Ask support to inspect those conditions and the processor state for the exact gift. This is not the same as refunding a settled payment or canceling every pending bank transfer. Once verification or payment state changes, support must reassess the available action. Confirm the result before reconciling the replacement check so both are not treated as completed payments.
