What sends when the new receipt is still a draft

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The project template lookup selects its active template first, then an active school-level template of the same message type. A draft template is not the active donor-receipt choice, and another giving form's template is not automatically inherited just because that form is called Main. If neither active template is found, review the normal default receipt/tax-content path rather than assuming the donor receives no email. Test the actual live form's receipt before fundraising; editing a school default does not mean a bulk update of all existing project templates.
