Update designations across forms

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Distinguish shared school designation nodes from unsynced form-specific nodes and per-form overrides. Shared node changes can affect forms linked to them, but form-specific visibility/default/position changes are scoped to that form. Do not assume changing the school catalog replaces every form’s selection. Audit affected forms, update the common source where synced, and review unsynced forms individually or request an authorized bulk change with an explicit mapping. Preserve historical gift allocations.
