Unused membership templates do not all send

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The membership confirmation flow selects the lifetime template for a lifetime-price parent contribution, the one-time template for a corresponding nonrecurring purchase, and separate first/renewal templates for recurring installments. Merely seeing Lifetime Membership in the template list does not cause it to send to annual members. If that purchase type is not offered or bought, this flow does not select its confirmation.

There is no universal disable-every-unneeded-template switch. Removing custom lifetime confirmation content can fall back to default content rather than suppressing the message. Review the exact other message names and triggers before changing them.
