Test email shows “Example Designation” or “None Selected”

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The generic template test explicitly substitutes Example Designation for designation tokens. Its sample contribution is not an actual donation selecting your configured designation, so the receipt block may show None Selected. A designation being available on a form does not mean the test gift selected it. Check a real authorized test/actual gift's saved designation selections and rendered receipt before diagnosing a production mapping issue.
