Standard receipt language without cloning

To review a specific form’s override, open Online Giving → Forms → select the form → Giving Experience → Gift Confirmation Emails (or select the campaign from Online Giving → Campaigns). This is the form/campaign editor, not the institution-wide default-template editor. If you need to change school defaults and cannot locate that separate template area, ask Support to confirm the school-level control.

Use institution Email Templates to create/edit and activate standard receipt language. An active campaign-specific template overrides the active school-level template of the same type; conditional templates can further change receipt selection. Review the selected form/campaign and test. The Default control supports new campaigns, not an overwrite of existing custom templates.
