School affiliations versus the form’s selected affiliations

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

School-Level Settings defines available affiliations, but a form can have its own selected and ordered affiliations. If only one appears, open the form’s Affiliations settings and check the selected affiliation options there, not just the school list. Select the desired affiliations and save, then preview the pre-payment form. The page uses active form affiliations when present, falling back to the school’s active display affiliations when the form has none. Re-adding the Affiliation field alone does not change that selection. Required controls determine whether the donor must answer; they do not add missing options.
