Recurring summary previews, punctuation and ended gifts

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The manage-recurring token generates its private link from a real subscription ID and token. An unsaved preview object has no usable link; for ACH accounts awaiting microdeposit verification, the subscription can await bank verification. The unavailable-link message ends with a period; the actual linked label does not, so test surrounding manual punctuation after substitution. $RECURRING_GIFT_SUMMARY$ is generated markup. Its individual labels are not separately editable through the surrounding email body. The current live summary labels include Zip Code and Total Payments; static preview examples can differ. An ended subscription omits Next payment on because it will not run, and Expires on displays finished. Do not use static preview future dates as evidence of an ended subscription's actual next charge. The failure-reason token is $RECURRING_FAILURE_REASON$, populated from the subscription failure text. Do not assume that changing the email body customizes every generated provider/error wording, or treat $RECURRING_GIFT_FAILURE_REASON$ as the confirmed token name.
