Pre-payment background image dimensions

The Pre-Payment Form image control accepts JPG/JPEG/PNG and does not specify one required or recommended pixel size. Its uploader creates a proportional version fitting within 1200 × 1200 pixels; that is an image-processing bound, not a required square upload or guarantee that the full image stays visible. Use the actual donor form to assess the image at desktop/mobile widths, keep essential text separate from the background image, and adjust Background Position and overlay as appropriate. The editor itself warns that its preview is not the final form rendering.

Use a landscape PNG, JPG or JPEG at least 1200×500 pixels for the pre-payment form background hero. This is the background recommendation in Landing Page settings, not a universal size for content images, campaign cards or video thumbnails. Preview desktop and mobile cropping.
