Pre-payment background image dimensions on a giving form

For a form's pre-payment background, open Online Giving → Forms → select the form → Giving Experience → Form Settings & Display → Display → Pre-Payment Form.

The Background Image control accepts JPG, JPEG, and PNG. It creates a proportional image fitting within 1200 × 1200 pixels; that is a processing limit, not a required square upload or guarantee that the full image stays visible. Use landscape artwork that tolerates cropping, adjust Background Image Position and overlay settings, save, and review the actual donor form on desktop and mobile.

The separate shared school background in Online Giving → School-Level Settings → Branding recommends at least 1200 × 500 pixels. That recommendation belongs to the shared background, not every stage-specific upload. The editor preview is not a guarantee of the final donor-page crop.
