Yes, the same underlying designation can have separate nodes under different group parents. Use a row for each intended group path in the designation/group import, retaining the same designation identity/backend and supplying group_name1/group_name2/group_name3 in hierarchy order. Create the groups and test a small import first. These columns are nesting levels, not three parallel memberships on one row.
