Personal and professional suffix choices on a giving form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The built-in v3 Suffix field renders a fixed list: Jr., Sr., II, III, Esq., and Ph.D. Its standard template does not read a school-customized list of suffix choices. Editing a generic field's options therefore does not mean that this native dropdown will change.

If separate personal and professional suffixes are required, ask support to review appropriately named custom fields and their reporting/integration mappings. A custom professional-suffix response is not automatically the native suffix field or the constituent name. Preview the actual form and export mapping before replacing an existing field.
