Memorial versus honorary tribute

Open Online Giving → Campaigns or Online Giving → Forms, select the campaign or form, then go to Giving Experience → Form Builder and select the appropriate Pre-Payment Form or Post-Payment Form.

The standard form-field system offers separate In Memory of and In Honor of text fields. Add/enable the desired standard field in the relevant form editor and preview it; a school-level default is not proof that every existing campaign/form has changed.
