Honor several people in one payment

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Add optional custom text fields in the giving form's Form Builder for additional honorees, for example Additional honoree name and Tribute message. Use clear labels/help text, select pre-payment when the answers must be captured with the original gift, and keep them optional unless every donor must answer. Preview and confirm that the intended reporting columns include these answers.

The donor can enter several honorees and complete one payment. These fields collect tribute information; they do not split the payment into separate gifts or automatically send an acknowledgment to each honoree. Collect notification contact details separately and follow the institution's acknowledgment process. Avoid implying that one native In Honor Of field creates multiple independent tribute records.
