Honor and memorial gifts and acknowledgment contacts

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the pre-payment form builder, add the In Honor Of and/or In Memory Of standard fields and edit their labels, placeholders and required settings as needed. They are separate fields; the settings supports both, so there is no universal one-or-the-other restriction. If you want a single tribute-type choice, a custom dropdown plus a name/contact field can collect that information. These fields record gift information and do not automatically email the honoree or another contact. Collect the intended notification contact details and use your staff’s separate acknowledgment process; donor receipts and staff gift alerts are different workflows.
