Hide many designations on one form

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the newer form designation-management interface, choose Set Visibility → Hide All on Form, then confirm. This changes form visibility; it does not delete the institution's designation records or historical gifts. Then make the intended annual funds visible or add them using Add Designation, and preview the donor selector.

Check the current scope: inside a group, the action applies to that group's eligible descendants. At the overall form level, it updates eligible form-specific nodes and top-level linked school groups. Featured nodes are excluded from the bulk update. Therefore inspect featured designations and group visibility before concluding every fund was hidden. Controls are suppressed for a synced group and disabled while bulk actions are locked; do not attempt a school-wide deletion to work around those restrictions.
