Administrator entering a gift for someone else

The public checkout blocks a signed-in school administrator when the entered payer email differs from the administrator account email. Its instruction is to log out before returning to the public form to enter the authorized constituent gift, so the gift is not tied to the administrator account. Use accurate donor details and verify the resulting gift/receipt; do not substitute the administrator email to bypass this restriction.
