Understand Admin Pay availability on forms versus campaigns

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The checkout shows the MOTO/Admin Pay button only when the project is a giving form, pledges are not enabled, and the MOTO payment eligibility check passes. A campaign using a similar-looking form does not satisfy the giving-form condition. Do not assume that adding a role will necessarily expose Admin Pay on a campaign checkout or that there is a “connect to campaign” toggle. Ask support to confirm an eligible giving-form workflow and its attribution implications before collecting payment.
