Total gift line versus incentive FMV deduction

In GiveCampus giving forms, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The Tax Receipt block displays Total Gift Amount separately from deductible amount. When the gift has a linked incentive with positive fair-market value, it also displays Fair Market Value of Incentive and Tax Deductible Amount, calculated as gift value minus that FMV with a zero floor. If the receipt appears wrong, inspect the linked incentive/value and actual template/token; do not assume the gross total line should disappear or that changing a label fixes the calculation. Human review is appropriate for correcting the actual receipt and determining whether to resend it.
