Edit the applicable gift confirmation email template, replace the signature with a smaller prepared image if needed, then click the image and choose left alignment in its image-edit controls and save. The receipt editor’s default configuration does not enable drag resizing, so preparing a smaller image before replacing it is the reliable route rather than assuming resize handles exist. Save the template and review its preview/test email. Check whether this is the school default or a form/campaign override so the correct receipts change.
