Smaller, left-aligned receipt signature images

Open the form or campaign, then Giving Experience → Gift Confirmation Emails, and edit the applicable receipt template. Check whether the unwanted signature comes from this template or a shared school default.

To make a signature smaller in the legacy receipt editor, prepare a smaller image, replace the existing image, then preview and send a test. That editor does not enable drag resizing or the image-position menu, so do not expect a left alignment image control. Its upload styling can keep images centered even after paragraph alignment changes.

If the signature must be left-aligned and the available editor cannot achieve it, ask Support to inspect the saved template and image layout. Newer editors may expose different controls. Test the received email before publishing the revised template; changing one form's receipt does not replace every form's custom signature.
